These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Buggify Pest Solutions website and the pest control services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Buggify provides residential and commercial pest control services in Boca Raton and surrounding South Florida communities, including bi-monthly pest plans and one-time treatments as described on our site. Pricing is estimated on the phone and confirmed after an on-site inspection.
Scheduling & cancellation
Bi-monthly plans bill per visit and can be canceled at any time with no fees. One-time treatments are billed at time of service. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
Licensing & insurance
Buggify is licensed under FL DACS #JB268060 and carries $1M in general liability insurance. Certificate of Insurance available upon request.
Limitations
Buggify does not perform WDO/termite treatment, bed bug treatment, wildlife trapping, or fumigation. Warranty terms on exclusion work are quoted per job and disclosed before service begins.
